Agronomy- In agronomy
the curriculum of the course deals with the production of various food crops including
fodder crops, fiber crops, sugar, oilseeds etc. Agronomy agriculture aim is to have better
food production and total control of the diseases.
Scope of Agriculture as a career exist in forestry
where the management of the production of large scale cultivation of trees for commercial
supply of wood, timber, rubber etc. and raw materials for industries.
Traditional agriculture practices is modernized
which involve breeding and raising livestock thus providing food for human and
power, manure for crops.
Fisheries Science-As part of agriculture
studies this involves breading and rearing fishes both from marine and inland, fishes,
prawns providing food, feed and manure.
